Stretch

When stretching the aluminum flexible ventilation pipe,it needs 2 person hold the pipe together,try to be closer to the center of the whole pipe.Stretch slowly in counterclockwise/ anticlockwise direction.You can’t stretch the ventilation pipe quickly in a short time,it might cause the pipe deform or damaged.the Deflecto produce the ventilation pipe with seam technology, after compressing or expanding over 50 time, it still keep a perfect status.When you finish the installation,it’s better to keep it at a state of nature compress and expand.

Protect

During the installation,do avoid the ventilation pipe to be collision or scratch by hard body.When welding,the spark cannot splash on the pipe.To avoid the pipe exposed to the sun and rain,it should be install indoor.

Length

During the installation of HVAC system,the over length pipe might bending at the middle.It will increase the windage resistance and would influence the blowing rate.
