• 1960, American entrepreneur C.P.Mayer invented air reflectors and founded Deflect-o in Indianapolis, USA and began to extend their hardware ventilation products in North America.

• 1965, Deflect-o engineers invented magnetic suction air flow diverter. And the company's business began to develop rapidly.
  
• June 1998, Sate-Lite (Foshan) Plastics Co., Ltd. was established as the fifth wholly-owned subsidiaries Deflecto LLC.

• August 1999, based in Shunde, the company led the hardware ventilation products research and development of production in a innovative way.

• September 2000, Deflect-o China obtained the certificate of ISO9001--2008 Quality Management Certification. 

• May 2005, Deflect-o was qualified as “The United Nations procurement suppliers”.

• June 2006, succeeding in operating ERP system, Deflect-o China has greatly improved the market competitiveness itself. 

• February 2007, Deflect-o China was entitled Ten-Million Yuan Taxpayer of Shunde. 

• April 2007, Deflect-o China was reputed as High-tech Enterprises of Guangdong Province.
